ADAM NEWSAM
Chairman, Ticketmaster Sport & EVP, Latin America
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science from King’s College London University with over 24 years experience at Ticketmaster. His work has mainly focused on ensuring a world-class, harmonized experience in the different parts of the world where Ticketmaster operates.
His achievements include major sporting projects such as the London 2012 Olympic Games, Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, Rugby World Cups and cricket world events.
Adam is responsible for ensuring a consistent experience at Ticketmaster events globally, striving for operational and customer service excellence. His years of experience and strong operational management help us to establish world-class global and local strategies.
His passion is travel and sports. Adam is one of those people you’ll meet on a plane, train, hotel or restaurant somewhere in the world.
JAVIER PARRA RAGGIO
GENERAL MANAGER & COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR – TICKETMASTER CHILE
Javier is a Commercial Engineer from the University of Chile with more than 16 years of work experience. He has developed his professional career in the commercial and marketing area in companies of great national and international prestige. His experience of more than 6 years in the ticketing industry has led him to take on different challenges through the development of commercial and marketing plans, along with budget plans for brand positioning, new product launches, commercial strategy and new customers.
Javier and his team are dedicated to the development of key business areas, developing and maintaining commercial relationships with Ticketmaster customers in Chile. At the same time, it continues to guide the development of innovative tools that allow producers, organizers and attendees of the shows to live a new and improved experience.
His passion is soccer, closely following international and national championships. She also plays actively in amateur leagues in Santiago de Chile.
GABRIEL HERNANDEZ GREBE
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR – TICKETMASTER CHILE
Gabriel is Industriekaufmann from Insalco and a Business Administration Engineer from the Universidad Mayor with more than 13 years of work experience. His professional career has been developed mainly in the areas of Operations, Data Management and Finance in companies of great prestige. His hands-on work has led him to live in different countries around the world and his experience in key positions has led him to focus on the improvement and improvement of processes. The automation of processes and the elimination of operational work are its reason for being.
Gabriel and his team are dedicated to ensuring a memorable and efficient experience in the validation, accreditation and operation processes of the different services that Ticketmaster offers. The team’s passion for service excellence not only focuses on the work done in the field, but also on ensuring excellent customer service pre and after the event.
His passion is winter sports, especially skiing. Gabriel also actively participates in non-profit organizations that seek to cooperate with nature and improve people’s quality of life.
